Take a moment, open your eyes, and really think about reality.
It’s what you can touch.
It’s what you can experience.
It’s the feeling inside when you hear your child cry.
It’s what you can see.
It’s right in front of you.
It’s when you step back and look from the outside.
It’s yesterday, it’s now, but tomorrow’s reality has yet to unfold.
It’s the history of the past.
It’s the chair you are sitting in, right now.
It can be imagined, but it can’t be made up, or called into being with wishful thinking.
It can’t be wished away, it’s not dust to be swept under a rug.
It can be twisted.
It doesn’t play favorites, it can be argued over, but it will not change.
It’s not the spoken word, but of the actions of the speaker.
Faith can be a reality, but reality is not faith.
